Sipping Around BC
L'Abattoir, in partnership with S. Pellegrino, continues the Sipping Around BC regional winemaker’s dinner series with an in-depth exploration of the Similkameen Valley on Friday, June 13th.
Building on last fall’s introduction to this dynamic region, the evening will feature wines from Clos du Soleil Winery, Orofino Vineyard and Little Farm Winery, presented by their winemakers and winery principals. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu crafted by L’Abattoir’s culinary team, thoughtfully paired to highlight the unique character of Similkameen Valley wines.
