If you are a currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality program, are a registered apprentice or have finished your apprenticeship in the last 6 months and would like to join us on Wednesday, October 2nd in executing our No. 1 Gaoler's Mews dinner experience, apply today.
Up to two applicants will be chosen to join both our service and culinary teams and will spend the afternoon on the day of the event at L'Abattoir participating and learning from both our team and our invited guest Chefs. During the event, the successful applicant(s) will participate in hosting the event and will be invited to enjoy each course from the menu for the evening.
