HOW TO SELECT YOUR MENU

After your event has been confirmed, the first step is to decide whether you would like to offer a plated menu, a family-style menu or a standing cocktail and canapé reception.

Plated Menu - Seated

  1. Select the plated menu price point for your meal:

    MENU ONE - 95 (starter will be farm fresh lettuces and greens, the main will be crispy rice, plus one other main course option, and dessert will be dark chocolate torte).

    MENU TWO - 110 (two starter options, three main course options, two dessert options).

    MENU THREE - 125 (one starter selection for the first course, two starter options for the second course, three main course options, two dessert options).

  2. From the plated menu page, select the actual menu items you would like to offer your guests.

  3. Confirm if you would like to have bread served with your meal.

  4. If you would like to offer canapés prior to your meal, please confirm which items you would like to offer from the canapés + platters page.

  5. Complete the order form via the link in your Guest Portal.

  6. The Events Team will then create an event order and will follow up via email.

  7. If you are planning to collect your guests' exact orders for each course in advance of your dinner, please confirm the menu selections with the Events Team before the menu options are sent to your guests.

Exact Orders - Plated Menus

Exact Orders are an excellent way to ensure that our service team can expedite dinner service, with minimal interruptions. Exact Orders are not required; however, they are encouraged and we have simplified the process to make it as easy as possible for you.

  1. After you confirm which items you would like to offer your guests for the starter, main and dessert with the Events Team, we will send you a spreadsheet to arrange your seating plan and compile your guests’ orders.

  2. The completed exact orders spreadsheet will be due by 10:00 AM three business days prior to your event date.

  3. Once the spreadsheet is received, the Events Team will add your guests’ orders to the Event Order and the 10 dollar discount per person will be applied.

Family Style Menu - Seated

Family-style menu items will be served to your guests on platters which will be placed on the centre of the table for guests to help themselves. The family-style menu is a three-course menu beginning with starters, followed by mains + accompaniments and finishing with dessert.

  1. From the family-style menu page, review the menu items that will be served to your guests. This menu does not require any selections.

  2. Confirm if you would like to have bread served with your meal.

  3. If you would like to offer canapés prior to your meal, please confirm which items you would like to offer from the canapés + platters page.

  4. Complete the order form via the link in your Guest Portal.

  5. The Events Team will then create an event order and will follow up via email.

Canapés + Platters Menu - Standing Reception

  1. From the canapés + platters page, select the actual menu items you would like to offer your guests.

  2. Confirm the quantity (by the dozen) you would like to order for each savoury and sweet canapé. There is a minimum order of two dozen per selection and canapés are priced per piece.

  3. Confirm if you would like to have any platter options available for guests to help themselves.

  4. Complete the order form via the link in your Guest Portal.

  5. The Events Team will then create an event order and will follow up via email.
